For young women in today's world, it can be daunting and scary to pick a career for life. You are tasked to pick a job that gives you financial stability, flexibility to raise your kids (if you even want them), something that you enjoy, and so much more. What you might enjoy at 18 may just be the complete opposite of what you like when you are 40. For some people their career is just a job and they find their fulfillment outside of their work, but 8+ hours a day is an awful amount of time to not enjoy what you do.

and I consider myself very lucky. I have been fortunate to meet some really incredible women throughout various avenues of my life from childhood friends to work colleagues to neighbors to even family members who are doing some really interesting things with their careers.
